Bruschetta with Pear, Walnuts and Buffalo Mozzarella
- Brown Bread with sesame seeds – 2 slices, toasted
- Buffalo Mozzarella – 100g
- Pear – 1/4 , sliced thin
- Walnuts – 2, cut into small pieces
- La Vecchia Dispensa Balsamic 20yrs old – a few drops!
Place the mozzarella, slices of pear and the walnuts pieces on top of the slices of toasted brown bread with sesame seeds. Sprinkle everything with a few drops of La Vecchia Dispensa Balsamic 20yrs old, and serve with a salad.
