We source our flours from Molino Caputo, Agugiaro & Figna and we stock 5 Stagioni.
Caputo only use high quality grains and never use additives in their production methods while Agugiaro & Figna is a joint-venture of two of Italy’s oldest and most prestigious flour mill companies, whose mission is to spread Italian flours of excellent quality, worldwide.

We supply a range of 1kg retail bags, 10kg bags and the largest 25kg catering bags. Each flour type has its own distinctive properties that make it suited to specific methods of cooking. For example, Pizza, Pasta, or Pastry dough.
