Dry Pasta
Our main dry pasta range is supplied by Delverde. A high quality producer from the Abruzzo region in the mid-west of Italy. Delverde produces over 130 different shapes of both dry and fresh semolina pasta, egg pasta, organic pasta, and organic whole-wheat pasta, using a bronze dye and slow drying processes. This allows the nutritional value and the natural wheat flavour to be preserved releasing a special rough texture that is appreciated by chefs all over the world.
